Moschino is now in the home section

The Italian brand Moschino decided to be more than just a fashion brand. For the first time, the Italian house used its most popular products and translate them into furniture. Moschino will indeed be presenting its capsule collection at the Milan Design Week in April. With Jeremy Scott as creative director, he’s collaborating with the furniture company, Gufram, also Italian.

The collection is called “Moschino kisses Gufram” as the anchor piece of the collection is the Bocca lips couch. The original couch available at the Gufram shop, however, for the Moschino partnership Scott decided to add a  zipper in the middle.

However, that is far to being the only striking piece. There are three other leather-based items in the collection. Moschino’s trompe l’oeil collection which is a biker jacket handbag and high heels were really well replicated in the furniture size, which is a “Biker cabinet”. The high heels and the cabinet bring a surreal atmosphere to the room they are used in. They are respectively used as a bookshelf and an ottoman. It is a very interesting and humorous collection that consumers won’t be able to resist buying and displaying them in their homes.
