Set to become the prominent destination for hands-on glamping in Sharjah
Shaza Hotels, the luxury hotel and retreats chain with properties in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, UAE and Oman, has announced the opening of Mysk Moon Retreat in Sharjah. The retreat is set to become the prominent destination for hands-on glamping and desert adventures amidst the dunes of Mleiha and Al Faya Mountains in Sharjah.
Moon Retreat is part of the growing experiential destinations in Sharjah Collection by Mysk. The retreat is another fine example of the vision of Sharjah Collection to proudly showcase the natural beauty and cultural heritage of the Emirate of Sharjah.
Located far from the madding crowd in the Mleiha Desert, close to Mleiha Archeological Centre, Mysk Moon Retreat features 10 domes and 6 tents, most with private temperature-controlled pools and barbecue terraces, with both mountain and desert views. The entire experience encourages you to be an adventurer by the day-trekking, paragliding, dune bashing, horseback riding, and be a poet by night under the star-spangled sky. An Arabic coffee ceremony by sunset, stargazing, or a hands-on barbeque dinner are merely examples of activities to do at night. It will be an escape like no other, an authentic getaway experience that will create a lifetime of memories.
Sanjiv Malhotra, Executive Vice President, Shaza Hotels said, “Long before it came into the present-day lexicon, Shaza Hotels created the Mysk Retreat Brand where we seek to create intimate and extraordinary experiences connecting guests with the destination in a meaningful way. We are proud to partner with the visionary Shurooq Organization in bringing to life another nugget in the Sharjah Collection.”
Mysk Retreats is developing a wonderful collection that will comprise bespoke retreats, representing immersive and experiential destinations in Sharjah (desert and beach), Khorfakkan (mountains and heritage), Mutrah Muscat (heritage), Riyadh (oasis), and Madinah (wellness). Shaza will announce each of these retreats in further detail ahead.
